Solutions for Wellness

Solutions for Wellness is a free, six-month program by Eli Lilly and Company. It was developed by the Neuroscience Treatment Team Partners (NTTP). Solutions for Wellness is based on current scientific knowledge. In addition, you will find other complementary resources on the Solutions for Wellness website that have been developed using NTTP.

The authors and editors of the Neuroscience Treatment Team Partners (NTTP)  workbooks are experienced mental healthcare professionals with a wide variety of experiences in working with people who have serious mental illness. Eli Lilly and Company brought this team together to update and improve the easy-to-implement materials for you. Solutions for Wellness focuses on a mind-body-spirit approach and the belief that every person with mental illness has an ability to recover to his or her personal best. It is a whole-person approach that uses the 10 components of Recovery as identified by SAMHSA in December of 2004.

Solutions for Wellness can help you:

  • Improve your diet
  • Become more active
  • Cope better with stress
  • Enjoy more restful sleep
